SITE CHARACTERIZATION Seeburg Technology has planned and performed hundreds of studies, assessments, and investigations at government and commercial facilities across the US that consist of file reviews, planning/design, work plan preparation, interviews, field work, data collection, data evaluation/interpretation, and reporting. Seeburg Technology has performed investigations of site media contaminated with heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, and chromium), hydrocarbons, asbestos, mold, solvents, pesticides and insecticides, PCBs, volatile and semi-volatile compounds, cinders, ash, demolition debris, chlorinated compounds, and other miscellaneous materials.
ENGINEERING & DESIGN After reviewing site investigation data and identifying client priorities, potential alternatives for addressing contamination are identified and engineered by the design team. Each of these remedial alternatives are evaluated by the team for their effectiveness in regards to cost, duration of implementation and cleanup, required resources, site access, restrictions, permitting issues, hazards, and downstream liabilities. Seeburg Technology has executed remedial designs for the abatement of hazardous materials or the remediation of soils contaminated with heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, and chromium), hydrocarbons, asbestos, solvents, pesticides and insecticides, PCBs, volatile and semi-volatile compounds, cinders, ash, demolition debris, chlorinated compounds, and other miscellaneous materials.
ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE Seeburg Technology has provided complex environmental compliance, permitting, and reporting services to numerous clients. We have assisted regulated entities with improving environmental management systems and have implemented pollution prevention methods on many of our cleanups and remedial designs (including re-use of potential waste materials, risk-based corrective action, and engineering controls). In addition, we have contracted with various developers to conserve and restore natural resources including wetlands, green spaces, and historical artifacts.
